Time for the build! Keeping you in the loop is our philosophy here; we build and you get regular milestone updates. We’ll be handing this over to you eventually, so we want to make sure you know exactly what you’re getting.

We’re a small business. Are we too small for this?
Probably not, but you do need existing processes worth automating. We won’t build on a half-baked process, because that’s just setting future you up for a difficult time. So we only work with small businesses who have at least some processes in place already. Reach out either way though, because we can help you work out which processes matter most, which have the best ROI, and what you can sort out before we jump on board.
Will AI replace my people?
Replace them? Hell no. Our goal is to get your people doing more of the work they were actually hired for. More talking to people, more making sales, less researching, less sending boring follow-up emails, less… shudders data entry. A real humble way of putting it: we use AI and automation to give your existing people superpowers.
What about our private data?
You get an NDA up front. Your keys and sensitive information are stored properly in 1Password and environment variables, so they never end up pasted into an AI tool or sitting in a spreadsheet someone emailed around.
I’m not super technical, does that matter?
We’d prefer you know your way around a computer and the internet, but that’s about it. Everything we build becomes your property, so we’ll help you learn what it is and how it works. We’re always only a call away, so you don’t need to be a pro. We’ll meet you where you’re at.
How much does this cost?
Ah yes, you’ve noticed there’s no pricing page. Sort of annoying, I know, but I promise there’s a good reason. Small businesses come with tight budgets and no two of you are in the same spot, so a number on a page would be wrong for almost everyone reading it. What it actually costs depends on how big the problem is, how effective your current processes are, and whether you want a taste-test before committing to anything massive. That might be a one-off project, it might be a three-month retainer. Either way, we agree on the estimated ROI of whatever we implement BEFORE we charge you anything.
How long does this take?
About three hours of your time before we can put a solid proposal in front of you, usually an intro call and a second meeting to go deeper. From there it depends on the build. A tight one-off can be done and dusted in two weeks, a bigger one might run up to three months, and you’ll get a weekly update either way. Past that, you’re as involved as you want to be.
How do I know where to start?
